CDM probe deployment fails: Dependency not found vs2010sp1_vcredist_x64

Issue/Introduction

I'm trying to distribute CDM probe on 3 Windows Servers, 2 are Windows 2012R2 and 1 is Windows 2008R2 and for both I got the error I attached as screenshot:

Dependency not found: vs2010sp1_vcredist_x64 (v:1.0)

Environment

UIM 8.x or later

CDM probe 5.x

Cause

• The probe requires the following package for 64-bit or core support:
• VS2010 redistributable package. The hotfix resolves the issues in the operating system.

 

Resolution

1. Download the UIM package vs2010 redist package from support.nimsoft.com

2. Import the package to IM or to Admin Console and deploy to the robot where this error is seen

3. Try to deploy the CDM probe again
