Security Analytics sensor will not boot into operating system

Issue/Introduction
The Security Analytics sensor/server will no longer boot into the OS even after multiple attempts of rebooting the server.
Environment
Dell R640
Cause
The system logical volume had two failed drives causing the system volume to go offline.
Resolution
The system volume is set up in a RAID 5 configuration, which allows for a single failed drive. There are no hot spare drives in the Dell R640 (Gen 8) sensor/server. If two drives fail, all data has been lost and the OS needs to be rebuilt from scratch.
To confirm the drive failures, log in to the Dell iDRAC and check the hardware health of the server drives. If there are problems, you will see them there. Contact technical support for further assistance.
