Issue/Introduction

Upgrade VCF Operations from 9.0.0 to 9.0.1 failed with the following error:

Error Code: LCMVROPSYSTEM26016
 
Operations upgrade failed due to invalid content path URL. Map the correct binaries and try again.
 
Invalid content path url provided for Operations upgrade : http://#.#.#/repo/productBinariesRepo/vrops/9.0.1.0/upgrade/null



Environment

VCF Operations 9.x

Cause

Corruption on the Fleet Management appliance's PostgreSQL service and other underlying issues.

Resolution

1. Deploy a new VCF Operations Fleet Manager 9.0.1 appliance by following Deploy the VCF Operations fleet management Appliance.

2. Register the VCF Operations fleet management Appliance with VCF Operations.

3. Then upgrade the VCF Operations by following Upgrade or Patch the VCF Management Components.
