Shrink cluster task stuck

Issue/Introduction

• Unable to shrink the cluster
• Shrink task will initiates and captures all the input and never gets started.
• The logs after that point only show repeating lines indicating that the shrink progress was at 0% and the shrink icon in the admin ui was no longer enabled when the same node row was selected.

Environment

Aria Operations 8.18.3

Cause

When a resource was deleted, it was correctly removed from all database tables, the resource cache, and the persistence cache  but it was not removed from the sharding cache.

Resolution
