Issue/Introduction
Some acids can change their password at anytime regardless of the value set for NEWPW(MINDAYS).
How is it possible?
E.g. MINDAYS=1 means an acid cannot change his password more than once a day. We notice that some acids can do it at anytime without limit.
Resolution
MINDAYS is only applicable for user ACIDs and does not apply when administrative ACIDs change their password at signon.
MINDAYS is not applicable to users who have a non-expiring password.
