Adding 'Help Text' to 'Create From Template' modal fails with API-1005 Attribute(s) 'helpText' specified

Issue/Introduction

When creating a new project from template and the 'Help Text' field is placed on the 'New Project' Create page the following error occurs
'API-1005 : Attribute(s) 'helpText' specified in query parameters are not supported or secured' and new project does not get created.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Make a copy of standard Project Blueprint and save under new name.
2. Edit newly created blueprint and in the 'Create from Template' tab, drag and drop 'Help Text' from 'Fields' to 'New Project' section. 
3. Publish Blueprint.
4. Create a new project and associate to the newly created Blueprint. Make the project a Template
5. Create a new project from the Template created in step 4. Enter Project name. Note that the 'Help Text' field is also present on the 'New Project' page
6. Click on 'Create' button to create the new Project.

Expected: New Project to be created from Template

Actual: An error occurs with message 'API-1005 : Attribute(s) 'helpText' specified in query parameters are not supported or secured'
