Notification does not trigger when idea status changes to converted - Modern UX

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Navigate to Modern UX > Administration > Notifications > New Notification
    2. Fill in details:
        a. Name of your choosing
        b. Target Object = Idea
        c. Subject of your choosing
      - Click on Next
        d. Condition Type = Complex
        e. Target Attribute = Status
        f. If Target Attribute 'Is Equal To' = Converted
      - Click on Next
        g. Resource Attribute = Manager
      - Click on Save
    3. Navigate to Modern UX > Ideas module
    4. Choose an Idea that has 'Status' = Approved. Right click on the Idea row in the Idea Grid. Click on 'Convert to Project'
    5. Choose template and other options as necessary to create a Project
    5. Go back to the Idea Grid. Make sure that the 'Status' is set to 'Converted' now

Expected Results:
    * Notification defined in step 2 is triggered

Actual Results:
    * Notification defined in step 2 is not triggered
