WIS30674 error when attempting to edit a CA Business Intelligence (CABI) report with WEBI Rich Client application.

CA Business Intelligence (CABI) 4.1

Issue is a result in a mismatch between the CABI server Service Pack level and the CABI client tools Service Pack level.
When applying a CABI 4.x Service Pack, there are separate installs for the server side and the client tools/applications. Both the server side and the client tools/applications need to be at the same release level or unexpected behavior can be expected.
