The SPM RTM_Test stopped running since last Spectrum upgrade

Issue/Introduction
We noticed the SRM stopped synchronizing the SPM events since last Spectrum upgrade, from version 24.3.5 to 25.4.1 on 11/20/2025.
mysql> select * from landscape\G
spm_sync_time: 2025-11-20 09:41:57
alarm_sync_time: 2025-11-27 15:01:15
event_sync_time: 2025-11-27 15:01:18
And the following error is thrown if we try to run any RTM_Test on demand:
SPC-OCC-10199: Error: Run Test
SPC-Occ-10183: The following error(s) occurred when attempting to run the selected test(s):
SPC-OCC-11635: The model does not exist on the SpectroSERVER.
By searching for the Model Type Handle = 0x4560000 we can find the RTM_Test models in the SSdb.

Environment
DX NetOps Spectrum: 25.4.1
Resolution
Steps to resolve the issue:
a. Take an Online Backup of the SSdb.
b. Stop the primary SS and load the SSdb what was taken on step a.
c. Start the SpectroSERVER.
