Unhealthy vCenter registration status on the HCX manager due to incorrect/expired vCenter credentials.
1.From HCX VAMI page: HCX Manager Admin UI (port 9443), verify vCenter is showing up healthy and green status. If not.
2. Re-register vCenter: Navigate to Configuration > vCenter Server. Click Edit and re-enter the vCenter Server details and credentials, then click OK to re-register the extension.
3. After updating credentials, navigate to Appliance Summary > HCX Services and restart the Web Service and Application Service to ensure the new credentials are used.
4. Reattempt the redeploy task to begin with upgrade.
