• vSphere Client 上で VMware vSphere Profile-Driven Storage Service 健全性アラームが表示されます。

Environment

vCenter Server 7.x

Cause

SMS 証明書の期限切れが近づいているためにアラームがトリガーされます。

Resolution

vCert スクリプトを使用して SMS 証明書を更新します。vCert スクリプトは下記の順番で入力します。

3(Manage certificates) -> 5(SMS certificates) -> 1(Replace SMS self-signed certificate)

注) 実行前には vCenter Server のパワーオフ状態のスナップショットを取得ください。
- 拡張リンクモードを使用して連携(同期)している vCenter Server がある場合には、
そちらの環境も同時にシャットダウンした状態のスナップショットを取得いただく必要がございます。
- vCenter Server を複数台稼働して冗長性を持たす機能(vCenter HA) を使用している場合は
VCHA 構成を破棄したうえでスナップショットを取得し、証明書更新手順を実施ください。
