Issue/Introduction

As of the 31/10/25 the CloudHealth team has released an update to how Partner's channel customers lifecycle is managed, see -  CloudHealth Product Updates 31-10-2025

As of the change, Channel Customers are now automatically move to an Expired Trial status once their Trial Expiration date is moved past -

The Expired Trial status results in:

  • Users under the channel customer tenant not being able to sign into the platform.

  • The tenant no longer being available in the customer switcher.

  • Bill processing will cease the day following the expiration date.

  • The expired trial channel customer will still appear under Partner -> Customers -> List within the Partner tenant.

  • User configurations such as Saved Reports, and Perspectives will be maintained.

Further details are available here - Understanding Tenant Status

Tenants can still be removed via the delete function outside of the lifecycle process mentioned above if needed.

Resolution

To workaround the issue of Expired Trial customers being displayed within the Partner -> Customer -> List section of the platform you can add a filter to that list by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to Partner -> Customers -> List.

  2. Within the list navigate to the Filters section -

  3. Within the Filters select -> Smart Filters and  deselect the "Expired Trials" option -

  4. This will remove those tenants that have Expired from the view resulting in only customers that match one of the selected status being displayed.

Tenants can still be removed via the delete function outside of the lifecycle process mentioned above if needed.
