Cost of Ownership in Cost Overview Dashboard numbers do not match "By Capacity" or the Cost Drivers calculations

Issue/Introduction
The sum of the "By Capacity" categories should equal the "Cost of Ownership" on the right-hand side of the Cost Overview Dashboard.
Environment
Aria Operations 8.18.x
Cause
Vm's in vCD are reporting high costs. The memory base rates calculated from the org vCD is incorrect.
Resolution
This is a known issue and will be corrected in a future release.
