When customer attempts to download Spring products, using the Broadcom documented process, they do not see the version they expect. Most often this would pertain to the most recent release; for example, the latest Spring Cloud Data Flow release https://enterprise.spring.io/projects/spring-cloud-dataflow
There may have been a problem with the pipeline used by R&D to publish the release.
Provide the details of the product and version that you expect to see but do not. Tanzu Support will contact R&D to ask them to correct the problem with publishing the release.
