After upgrade to 16.3.1 and Above, a user who is locked or inactive is presented with an ERROR message on the browser instead of being navigate to the Authentication Error URL set-up in the NSA.
This is only impacting Clarity using Legacy SSO set-up as described here.
SAML based SSO integrations are not impacted.
