Issue/Introduction

Alarm enrichment on ASM alarm failing

 

Overview:

• Issue seems to be with the external ID not getting populated in the metric/alarm.
• Currently using APMIA 24.10 agent and are using platform management module

Resolution

Upgrading to 25.x and updating APM OI metric grouping for ASM metrics resolved the issue
