Failed to complete vSphere configuration in VCF installer 9.0.0

Issue/Introduction

1.VCF 9.0 installer failed to complete vSphere configuration due to NSX install image validation failed.

2.The symptom matched the description in KB414456, but all the workaround not succeed to fix the error

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation 9.0.0

Resolution

VCF installer 9.0.0 could only perform installation for one time, so no further action move forward during 2nd deployment with or without the correct manifest file.

It is recommended to install new VCF installer 9.0.1 and start to deployment VCF 9.0.1 directly.
