SDDC Manager Version not updating in VCFA After Upgrade to VCF 9.0.1.0

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading from VCF 9.0.0.0 to 9.0.1.0, the SDDC Manager version displayed in VCFA continues to show as 9.0.0.0, leading to confusion regarding upgrade status.

Environment

VCF Automation 9.x

Cause

VCFA does not automatically detect updated SDDC Manager versions after an upgrade.Instead, VCFA relies on the Fleet component to push version and configuration updates (including new service accounts and deployment changes) into VCFA.
Currently, there is no polling mechanism from VCFA to Fleet, resulting in the old version continuing to display.

Resolution

This behavior is cosmetic and does not impact VCFA functions or integrations. 
A polling mechanism has been added from VCFA to Fleet, which will be available in VCF 9.0.2 and will automatically update the version going forward.
