Disk Operation Health shows disk issue, but Disk Management shows all disks as not used

Issue/Introduction

Symptom:

• Operation health show disk issue on a host.
• Disk management shows not disk is listed under the host and all disks are not used but can not be claimed.
• localcli vsan storagepool list shows "In CMMDS: false" with all disks.
• manually mount (localcli vsan storagepool mount -d naa.xxx) failed

Environment

VMware vSphere vSAN 8.x

Resolution

1. Put host under maintenance mode with ensuring accessibility.
2. Manuly remove disk from diskpool
   localcli vsan storagepool remove -d naa.xxx
3. Claim disk on UI
