Issue/Introduction

  • Reviewing the Cost Drivers of Storage , it is observed that the 'Disk capacity' is reported as 0x0 SSD disk for certain vSAN hosts.
  • In the screenshot, you see the disk capacity reported as 0 for two ESXi hosts (highlighted in red) and 1 host(in green) that reports disk capacity accurately.




Environment

VCF Operations 9.0.1.0

Cause

This issue occurs due to incorrect resource relationship query and as a result disk association to host is retrieved incorrectly.

Resolution

Broadcom is aware of this issue and this will be resolved in VCF 9.0.2.0 release.
