Not able to replace customer certificate in admin portal

• VMware Aria Operations (formerly vRealize Operations) 8.x

Issue/Introduction

1.Customer web certificate is expired in Aria Operations node already.

2.When install the new customer cert in admin portal, it is failed due to cluster not in offline.

3.When offline the cluster manually, it is failed due to certificate has expired.

4.No Aria Suit lifecycle is installed in env.

Environment

VMware Aria Operations 8.18.x

Resolution

1.Reload the default web certificate refer to KB326393 

2.Manually online and offline the cluster refer to KB313533

3.Replace the customer cert in admin portal refer to Add a Custom Web Certificate to VMware Aria Operations
