• NSX Edge from version 4.2.1.0 to 4.2.2.1 fails
• Upgrade failed during vmReconfigure task
• In the NSX manager node, the upgrade-coordinator.log reports the below error

Cause

Edge upgrade failed during vmReconfigure due to underlying vSphere issue

Resolution

To resolve the issue, connect to the vSphere environment and check for any issues on the ESXi host where the NSX Edge VM is running, then address any problems found.
