After adding a dashboard to the ACI Reporting menu item, it does not show but other dashboards seem to have replicated

Issue/Introduction

After adding a dashboard to the ACI Reporting menu item, it does not show but other dashboards seem to have replicated.  Below is an example of what is seen:

Environment

Known to exist at least within 25.4.2 and 25.4.3

Cause

Known defect

Resolution

If this happens, the recourse is to re-edit the menu and remove the added dashboard.  This will remove the replicated dashboard entry. 

Note: Some users may need to log out and then back in before the changes are seen.
