REST API call returns error code 500 internal error

Issue/Introduction
We tried to access the REST API and got error 500 internal error. The installation of REST API was fine without error and the Tomcat is running.
Environment
CA Harvest Software Change Manager 14.0 and higher
Cause
Harweb is also running on the same Tomcat instance.
Resolution
If you have both Harweb and REST API deployed on the same Tomcat instance, you will get this error. Please follow steps documented here

to separate the Harweb and REST API.
If you don't have both Harweb and REST API deployed on the same Tomcat instance, please contact Support.
