Issue/Introduction

• The vCenter instance is not appearing under the “Licenses” module in VCF Operations Manager
• Under the License Management, Licenses, vCenter Systems section it shows the following message.
  
  "No Data Found" "The table lists vCenter instances of version 9+ which are managed by this VCF Operations instance. To add version 9+ vCenter systems and activate license management, go to Integrations"

• Collection Cycle is still in progress and not completing for days

Environment

VCF 9.x

Cause

Time Sync on the vCenter is not correctly configured

Resolution

Ensure to sync the time on vCenter with a valid NTP Server or any other reliable sources like ESXi Host.

Additional Information

Configure the System Time Zone and Time Synchronization Settings.
