Issue/Introduction

How often Odata passwords required to be changed, and what are the overarching password policies in place?

Resolution

ODATA is used by account using the methods described under section Configure OData Access to the Data Warehouse (SaaS Only)

There are two authentication mode:

Clarity basic user authentication – This is driven by the password policy set by Clarity Administrator under System Option à Change Password Option à Number of Days Until Password Expires.
