Cause

Firewall was blocking traffic for VCF Fleet Management.

Resolution

Ensure the network firewall is not blocking traffic for VCF Fleet Management IP/FQDN and the listed URLs available in the KB: Unable to Register License in VCF Operations in Connected Mode.
