PATCH API calls are not getting updated on the Data protocol filter

Issue/Introduction

We have noticed that the PATCH API call is not getting updated on the listener unlike POST, PUT, DELETE and GET. 

Environment

All supported DevTest releases.

Cause

Defect.

Resolution

Open a support case and refer to defect DE644167

Additional Information

NOTE: The patch is needed ONLY on the VSE Server (in case of a distributed setup). But there is no harm in placing the patch file on all DevTest machines

 

1. Stop DevTest VSE process alone
2. Place the patch file 'patch_DE644167_10.8.4_GA.jar' at LISA_HOME/lib/patches folder
3. Start the DevTest VSE process alone
4. Use the V3 API to reproduce the problem. 

This patch resolved the issue.
