Profile is missing the environment variables on LINUX server (PAMSC).

Issue/Introduction

After reinstalling the PAMSC  on the server , the issec and sesudo commands are not working except when we enter the full path (ex.  /<instalation path>/issec).

Cause

In this case the re-installation removed the custom profile script which was used to update the users environment variables.

Resolution

Adding the environment variables directly to the user's profile script or re-adding the custom profile script back resolves the issue.
