Issue/Introduction

• Flow Statistics page do not have any information.
• Page does not list harvester or load graph. 
• "No Matching records found" in flow statistics page.
  

Environment

Supported NFA versions. 

Cause

NFA is configured for full HTTPS operation including RIB, OData and SOAP, but the Web.config file for the Reporter Web Service still has entries enabling HTTP bindings and HTTP GET requests, which conflicts with the HTTPS setup.

Resolution

1. Take backup of Web.config located at <NFA_BASE>\REPORTER\NetQoS.ReporterAnalyzer.WebService to desktop.
2. Open Web.config located at <NFA_BASE>\REPORTER\NetQoS.ReporterAnalyzer.WebService, change following:
   1. binding="mexHttpBinding" to  binding="mexHttpsBinding" in line number 93,101 and 109.
   2. httpGetEnabled="true" to httpsGetEnabled="true" in line number 129, 133 and 137.
3. Restart services in NFA console/reporter.

Flow Statistics page does not show any data when connecting to NFA using HTTPS
