When a user with German locale enters a wrong decimal separator in Modern UX Timesheet, this results in incorrect values being saved in Modern UX timesheet.
For example when entering 5.2 Clarity changes this to 52,00
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Set s user language to English but locale to German.
2. In Mux open the Timesheet page and add an assigned task to user.
3. Enter a decimal value (example: 5.2) in one of the days and tab to the next field
Expected: Value would either be changed to 5,2 or user will be prompted to enter correct decimal separator
Actual: Value gets altered to 52
