After upgrade to 25.4.x and successful NCM login, empty display is observed.

Issue/Introduction

After upgrade to 25.4.x and successful NCM login, in Thick client empty display is observed.

Error observed on GUI:

java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "com.powerup.configmgr.client.app.LaunchV.getMenuBar()"

Environment

NCM - 25.4.1 and 25.4.2

OS - Mac, Windows 11 and Windows 2016 server

Resolution

Upgrade to NCM 25.4.3 as permanent solution.

If upgrade is not possible, use thin/browser based client or NCM_UI as temporary workaround.

NCM_UI need to be installed either on Linux or Window for launching NCM console.
