Issue/Introduction

In the IGA Xpress (IGX) console, the status for the Identity Manager (IDM) Admin Console incorrectly shows as Not Available, even when the underlying service is functional. Attempts to access the console through the provided user interface links fail to load the requested page.

 

Environment

  • Version: 15.0
  • Status: Service is running, but the IDM Admin Console is marked as 'Not Available' in the IGX UI.

Cause

This issue is caused by a malformed hyperlink in the IGA Xpress (IGX) user interface specifically targeting the Identity Manager environment. This has been tracked internally under reference DE652212.

Resolution

The Engineering team has resolved the hyperlink issue in Fix Pack 3 (FP3) and all subsequent releases. To restore console access, users must upgrade their environment to the latest available Fix Pack.
