Issue/Introduction

In the IGX console, the IDM Admin Console status is showing as 'Not Available', even though the service is running, and when trying to access the IDM Admin console, it is not working. 

 

Environment

IGA 15.0 fixpack 2

Resolution

The Engineering Team has identified the issue "hyperlink from IGX UI for IM env" and resolved it in Fix Pack 3

The fix is now available to download from the techdocs site
