Issue/Introduction

Using vSphere Configuration Profiles, cannot apply service startup policy settings to ESXi hosts within a cluster.
Other configurations, such as network settings, are applied, and the task itself completes successfully.

Environment

VMware vCenter Server 9.0
VMware vSphere ESXi 9.0

Cause

vSphere Configuration Profiles does not support setting the startup policy for the ESXi Shell service.

Set the startup policy for each service individually.
