ISG proxy running 7.3.18.2 serving mostly SOCKS traffic went unresponsive

Issue/Introduction

During this issue management UI became very very slow, Ping works, SSH may or may not work and user traffic were not properly process through the proxy.

Resolution

This issue is not seen in 7.4.3.1 and 7.3.18.3. You may see this issue when running any prior versions.
