Possible to use OneClick to Authenticate users to NetOps Portal?

Issue/Introduction

I want to enable SSO on Netops Portal to utilize users already authenticated against DX NetOPs OneClick.  Is this possible, if so can you provide setup steps?

Environment

Netops 24.x, 25.x

Resolution

This functionality is not currently possible.

Unlike other Data Sources such as NFA, we don't actually sync the Spectrum users into Portal users when you sync the Spectrum Data Source.

Spectrum does not use the same users as Portal.  We do not push down users to OneClick.
Spectrum has it's own user maintenance.  If using SAML, Spectrum will create users with same username as Portal.  but no shared users.
