We have noticed that we have receiving duplicate connection state alerts causing multiple incident tickets to be created. This appears to be happening periodically and is not occurring every time.
Time of occurrence: Oct. 19 @ 6:21 pm EST.
What would have caused this alert to have triggered twice at the same time and how can it be prevented?
Workaround:
Change Alert definition -- "having 15 sec resolution (to avoid the aggregation) and requiring 76 values out of 80 observations"
