Symantec VIP Enterprise Gateway vipdiagnostic.bat tool shows a warning for the "Connection to VIP Manager failed."
The vipDiagnostic.log shows the error:

This issue is resolved by upgrading to VIP Enterprise Gateway 9.11.2 (available 04 December 2025).
