Issue/Introduction

Enhancement Description: ability to use attributes pulled from one agent (e.g. AWS extension) in the alert for another agent.

Environment: SaaS (all tenants)

. We would like to use the AWS tags pulled from an AWS account monitored by Agent 1 and use them in alerts for other nodes under that account.
