When the system option Direct Process Action Item Notification Links to New User Experience is enabled, the URL takes the user to My Workspace --> Action Items.

Links in emails related to Action Items will navigate users to the Clarity My Workspace > Action Item section when Direct Process Action Item Notification Links to New User Experience is enabled.
