Issue/Introduction

After changing GC name in Spectrum new name is not reflected in DXO2 via Spectrum Data Publisher. Restarting the connector is not helping.

Cause

Resolution

The default interval for the synchronization from Spectrum Publisher to DXO2 is 30 minutes and can be adjusted in ConnectorConfig.xml file based on the "IncrementalSyncInterval" attribute. In case names are not reflected contact Spectrum Support Teams for further troubleshooting Publisher logs and it is setup.
