Issue/Introduction
- Users are able to successfully download the binaries directly from the Broadcom Support Portal website, but the vcf-download-tool fails
- Downloading the VCF binaries fails after downloading couple of binaries.

VCF Operations 9.0.x
Cause
- Incorrect Token used for Site ID.
- The user account associated with the download token lacks the specific entitlements required for VCF 9.x via the Online Depot API.
Resolution
- The User should ensure they are using the correct token for the SITE ID that has the required entitlements.
- If the issue persists, open a non-technical case with Global Customer Assistance (GCA) to validate VCF 9.x entitlements for the Site ID.
