The cluster creation task fails because SDDC Manager cannot retrieve host compliance information.
This is caused by the Dell OpenManage Hardware Support Manager (HSM) being in an UNAVAILABLE state.
Troubleshoot the Dell OpenManage integration to restore the HSM status.
Contact Dell Support to verify the connectivity and status of the OpenManage plugin. Ensure the plugin is available and healthy before retrying the cluster creation workflow.
