BM Edge unable to exit Maintenance Mode

• BM Edge is stuck when exiting Maintenance Mode

Maintenance mode action request returned: 500

• docker container images are not loaded completely

Cause

The docker container images need to be imported before the Datapath, NSXA, NSD, etc, services can be started before exiting maintenance mode.

While the slow infra/storage performance would cause the processes to either slow down significantly or fail entirely.

Resolution

Contact hardware vendor to investigate the infra/storage performance
