Unable to acquire SCIM endpoint

Issue/Introduction

The im server.log shows:

Create SCIM Endpoint "<Endpoint name>": Failed to execute CreateSCIMEndpoint. ERROR MESSAGE: Endpoint '<Endpoint name>' creation failed: Connector Server Add failed: code 53 (UNWILLING_TO_PERFORM): failed to add entry eTDYNDirectoryName=<Endpoint name>,eTNamespaceName=SCIM,dc=<DC Name>,dc=etasa: JCS@<JCS hostname>: SCIM: Connection to https://<URL of SCIM Endpoint> refused (ldaps://<JCS hostname>:20411),

Error visible in the JCS logs is:

<Endpoint name> (SCIMAttributeStyleOpProcessor.java:1626) WARN - Parsing of JSON string returned from search of objectClass "User" failed with error "Invalid JSON data at line 1 column 412"

After checking the Response from SCIM Endpoint:

Line 1 column 412 is {} symbol.

Environment

Identity Manager 14.5.x and 15.x

Cause

Connector is unable to process {} correctly.

Resolution

Hotfix is being worked on by the Development.
