Unable to create SCIM endpoint if JCS Porxy has to be used to connect

Issue/Introduction

We tried to create the SCIM endpoint but are getting the following exception:

….

Caused by: org.apache.http.conn.HttpHostConnectException: Connection to https://<SCIM ednpoint address> refused

(...)

Caused by: java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect

Environment

Identity Manager 14.5 and v15

Cause

JCS Proxy was not handling SCIM endpoint correctly.

If you would use Wireshark or similar tool you will notice the direct connection to SCIM endpoint is attempted.

Resolution

Hotfix HF-DE650572 was provided for 14.5 SP1 CHF1.

As for v15 Hotfix should be part of next fixpack.
