Cause

Bulk Migrationによる移行処理中に仮想マシンをシャットダウンするためにはゲストOSでVMware Toolsが動作している必要が有ります。

Resolution

移行処理中に仮想マシンを適切にシャットダウンするために、ゲストOSにVMware Toolsをインストールしてください。
VMware Toolsをインストールすることができない場合には「Force Power-off VM」オプションを選択することで移行を続行することができます。
