"NSX upgrade failed in upgrading manager cluster" error seen in SDDC manager LCM when NSX is being upgraded as part of VCF 9.0.0 to 9.0.1 upgrade

Issue/Introduction

• Upgrading VCF 9.0.0 to 9.0.1 in SDDC manager LCM (Lifecycle Manager).
• All VCF 9 components completed the upgrade.
• Later review shows that the NSX manager cluster upgrade has an error in the LCM UI, under the Instance, Site, Updates tab:

<NSX manager node> NSX upgrade failed in upgrading manager cluster. Review the LCM log files on the SDDC Manager appliance at 127.0.0.1:/var/log/vmware/lcm and resolve identified errors.

• In NSX the appliances, edges and hosts have all been upgrade to VCF NSX 9.0.1.
• The NSX System, Upgrade page show upgrade completed, for the date and time of the upgrade.
• On the manager as admin user, get upgrade progress-status shows as no upgrade in progress.
• In the manager log /var/log/upgrade-coordinator/upgrade-coordinator.log it shows the upgrade complete and all components 100%.

Please review the following KB for details on how to resolve the mismatch NSX upgrade via SDDC manager completes on the NSX-T, but shows failed in the SDDC manager

If you are opening a case with Broadcom SDDC support, please provide a SDDC manager support bundle and NSX manager support bundle.
