Issue/Introduction

There is an error message in the CP log file when starting multiple CPs.

U00003413 Socket call 'bind' returned error code '10048'.
         Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted.
U00003487 ListenSocket with port number '<PORTNUMBER>;<PORTNUMBER>' could not be created.
