uxstr ftp command in Windows crashes on 7.01.11 with event id 1000

Issue/Introduction

The "uxstr ftp" command crashes on Windows after upgrading to Dollar Universe v7.01.11.

This error message is present in the job log.

COMMAND-RETURN-CODE: 255

On Windows Event Viewer we can observe the following kind of Error with Event ID 1000 when the command is launched:

Environment

Product: CA Automic Dollar Universe v7.01.11

OS: Windows only

Command impacted: "uxstr ftp" only

Cause

Resolution

Workaround:

-Within the bin directory of the $U node node, backup the uxstr.exe and unicmd.dll
 
-Put the uxstr.exe and unicmd.dll attached to this KB article.

Solution:

This will be fixed in the future release of Dollar Universe.
